- Volunteer Drivers- 1 in the morning, and 2 more in the afternoon.
- Volunteer Assistants to help to serve snacks on Friday afternoons.
- Two additional board members to supplement our current skills and networks.
- Family foundations or businesses are willing to support Christian programming
- Families and children to come to church and start and or grow in a relationship with God
- Children to grow in their relationship with God, emotional regulation, character, social skills, and leadership.
- A leader for our mom's fellowship times.
- Staff not to become weary in doing good, attend to their spiritual growth, and get appropriate rest.
- Wisdom and discernment to explore expansion.
- Openness among the school leaders and families in the area where we will be expanding to receive our programming.
- Funding, resources, and wisdom (staff, volunteers, vans, etc.) to be prepared for expansion.
- For the purchase of a 8 passenger van.
- For instructors once a week for 5 weeks to teach our clubs for things like dance, music, boxing, etc.
Praise
- Move to a new church partner in Dundalk. Dundalk Presbyterian. They value BYA and will use it for local outreach and grow the youth group. They will provide very reasonable rent and volunteer support.
- Life Center Church, a church partner in Essex (a community 15 minutes away), was approved to purchase a large property that was formerly a Catholic School. We will be able to start planning for site # 2
- Getting ready to buy another used van.
- For our youth serving as assistant coaches. They are growing, excited, and very helpful.
