Strengthening youth, families, and communities through a holistic, faith-based, and relational approach. BYA nurtures resilience and restoration by creating a foundation of hope that endures for generational change.

BYA provides access to East Baltimore County elementary and middle school youth, regardless of family situation or financial circumstances. BYA is a Christian Community Nonprofit.

Six Ways BYA is Unique

  1. Proactively serve elementary and middle school youth
  2. Give access to over ten different sports, outdoor adventure activities, S.T.E.M., Money Management, and the arts
  3. Help churches connect with their communities to share God's love
  4. Combine faith formation, social/emotional development, and character and leadership nurturing.
  5. We strengthen the community by developing youth leaders in our programs and hiring them as they enter high school.
