Strengthening youth, families, and communities through a holistic, faith-based, and relational approach. BYA nurtures resilience and restoration by creating a foundation of hope that endures for generational change.
BYA
provides access to East Baltimore County elementary and middle school youth, regardless of family situation or financial circumstances. BYA is a Christian Community Nonprofit.
Six Ways BYA is Unique
- Proactively serve elementary and middle school youth
- Give access to over ten different sports, outdoor adventure activities, S.T.E.M., Money Management, and the arts
- Help churches connect with their communities to share God's love
- Combine faith formation, social/emotional development, and character and leadership nurturing.
- We strengthen the community by developing youth leaders in our programs and hiring them as they enter high school.
- We engage parents through our events and relational approach.

" This program was sent from heaven; it is just what I needed to provide for my son; the sports are great, but the other lessons on school, character, confidence, and life are what sets them apart."
Mom of a 3rd-grade player
" So thankful BSA makes it possible for my son to play sports, but even better, they motivate him in school and to be a better person."
Dad of 3rd Grade Player
